Karen Gravano is a reality TV personality who was born on May 8, 1972, in Brooklyn, New York, to Salvatore Gravano and Debra Scibetta. She has a brother named Gerard.

Her father, Salvatore was also known as Sammy The Bull Gravano. He was a mafia interrupter who killed 19 people before he started working with the government to intercept other criminal families, including the Gambino crime family.

Karen revealed that she suspected her father was a killer when she was 10 years old. She saw her father with a gun when she went to ask him for permission to go for a sleepover with her fifth-grade friends.

He quickly tucked the gun into the back of his pants when she opened the partially closed door. That same day one of her father’s rivals was brutally shot.
